The hustle culture is killing you slowly

I just finished reading and article about this lady who is planning to make like $100,000 extra per year by writing articles and creating content, at the beginning I started to take some notes, like building on my daily schedule an hour dedicated to write articles, then sometime on Sundays to editing, plus tweeting 5x per day and suddenly I got extremely worried about this lady.
